The quote you gave us reflected the final bill, there were no hidden charges and unexpected costs. Throughout the whole process you kept us well informed, you made sure we fully understood how the process worked and had a good understanding of what we were taking on and weren’t under any delusion that this was some grand money making scheme.
We appreciated the fact that you gave us all the relevant information required, answered all our questions, didn’t pressurise us in any way. You gave us the facts and we could then make an informed decision.
